Staling Page

Hello, I have the php code in a .shtml file at the top of all of my pages. The past couple of days that codes has been staling at the top of the page for server seconds. Try it now at my site: Web Pros (http://www.webprosnetwork.com).

I ran an html check and here all the results of my main .shtml page: results (http://r.netmechanic.com/toolbox/link.cgi?f=f/008/194/2040/18-31009/&p=2&vi=2&fp=1&fv=5&s=NetMechanic)
It says no response form host.

Any ideas what may be causing this?

It comes up lightning fast for me on my end... Have you tried clearing out the reports?
