Problems with macintosh / apple

i've noticed that if the end client has an Apple or Mac that I have to send the same greeting/message multiple times for them to receive it. There has also been times that the user does not even get my "chat".

Does anyone know of any issues or fixes?

What browser are you using on the mac side?

On my side I"m using explore 6.0 on a windows XP system.
The server is a Red Hat server.
The client (the mac user) uses mostly PowerPC.
Some use safari 125.7 (mac/ppc)
Soem use Explorer 5.23 (mac/ppc)

It just seems that when I get a request for chat by someone with a MAC there are some tech issues.

Once in a while there are, and those issues are browser related 100% of the time. There are some limitations, especially with older browsers.
