Managing Reports

1. Is anyone able to delete the reports under "Manage Reports? I set to various config. including older than 0 day, 1 day, between 0 to 90 days, etc, but the report such as unique visits, top 10 etc are still there.

2. Secondly, anyway to block own IP tracking. I visit my own site most often since its new and I am in the Top Ten list obviously. This makes the feature of tracking "customers" visit useless.

If not for the higher price of PHP Live!, I would have gone for it since its able to block own IP. This software simply have quite a bit of bug... even changing the status logo isn't a breeze either and need to manually change it.

1. It wont delete same day reports I believe. We will look into this though.

2. No, currently you cannot but that will be added soon.

3. There are no known bugs at this time. I am not sure what you mean about updating the status icon. It doesnt not change on its own without a page refresh though.

1. Its not the same day report. Anyway, I appreciate if you could look into this as I need this feature to work.

2. Any ETA to add this in?

3. Ok, what I meant was that I was trying to change the online/offline icons. When I did it first time, it doesn't show up because the images did not upload to the right directory. So I did it manually. The second time was my own mistake because I did not manually set the correct directory. Spent some time on this, but would have been avoided if the automatic upload works earlier. Appreciate if you could look into this as well.

3. If they didnt upload then most likely you didnt change permissions on the store_files directory to 777.
