1 operator 3 domains 3 different status icon...possible?

Hi,

Is it possible to have 1 operator to monitor three domains with a different status icon on each domains?

1) I tried to set up more departments and used different status icon for each departments, but on the client side chat interface, it'll show all three operators listings on one single domain.

2) If I want to set one operator to monitor two out of three of the departments, I can't, because I can only select one department or all.

3) Bottom line is, is it possible to modify the client side code to display a specific status icon on each different domains? Or is there an easier way to go around it?

I need 1 operator to monitor at least three domains and most of my clients demanded to have their own status icon on each domains...

In short... no.

What you could possibly do is create a different department for each domain. But as you said all domains will see all visitors.
