Very slow...

Hi there,

We just purchased and installed PHPLiveHelper and we find it annoyingly slow.

An operator enters a message, clicks the "send" button and it takes almost 3-10 seconds until the message gets "fired over the wire".

Any idea?

We adjusted the Main Settings to poll in 1 second interval already.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

1 second may be a bit to fast. But what you may try is turning off the "Party is typing" message to speed things up.
