Zero Chat Requests in Reports?

Using the demo version, I noticed that in the reports section for Chat Requests it shows zero. I've used this for a few days, and all days show zero. Other stats such as hits, offline emails and so forth appear to be working.

I noticed that referer URLs are also truncated in the "Top 10 Referers" list (mentioned this problem on old forum).

I am also having the problem with truncated referer URL's, primarily search engines, that get truncated at the first "&" symbol and then do not show the correct link within the admin screen and the top 10 referers screen. Provides a link to an error page as it cuts off at the &. Leaves us in the dark as to the keywords used to find the site.
