 Ok I have had it... I tried to call and couldn't get through... so after calming down I am now posting this up to hope to get an answer...

In the news release titled: SunShop Version 4.0.0 Released (http://www.turnkeywebtools.com/esupport/index.php?_m=news&_a=viewnews&newsid=39) Posted By: TWT Support On: Aug 06 2007 06:33 PM they state the following:

SunShop 4.0.0 is now available in the client area. We have completed all of the features in this new release as well as wrapped up what we hope is the last of the bugs. Please note that we do have a planned 4.0.1 release scheduled for next Monday to add additional template designs. That release will include a new design with different color themes that we were unable to package in the 4.0.0 release due to time constraints. We will have more information on that later this week an we hope everyone enjoys this release.

Well here it is on Tuesday and I can not get v 4.0.1  I am sick of false promises on release dates, and sick of the waiting whether to get through on the phone, PHP Live Helper, or release. How hard is it to follow through on your word? But on TWT's defense, they do have an outstanding product that has no other comparison. I just want them to be able to follow through on there word and realize that they have a customer service issue. Hopefully they will see my point and frustrations and work to resolve that.

Does anyone know the updates on v 4.0.1? I am waiting for v 4.0.1 to be released prior to making the switch to mitigate down time and try to plan time to install and test. The false promises cost me money and time. I allotted time to do the update tonight, but can't since it is not released as promised, so an accurate update would be appreciated.

As was stated in original news post the only planned difference between 4.0.0 and 4.0.1 is the new templates that you can see in the demo. If you aren't going to be using those templates then there really is no differences between the releases with the exception of one minor bug that we have fixed that will not affect everyone and if you haven't noticed it by now will not affect you at all. We are actually packaging it up now but we did not see a need to post a new message with a one day delay.

Cool... Thanks for the heads up....:D the whole red theme just wouldn't work for me at this point. So tomorrow it is. Can I install/replace all files and add in the theme tomorrow once released?

I have 4.0.0 and I have i think 3 or 4 templates. It took me about 10 minutes to adjust the colors on the gradients and have my own custom colored shop. wasn't difficult. If you're desperate for a quick color change then just let me know and I'll do the deed.

Thanks for the offer. I decided to just wait for 4.0.1 since I was unsure if it would take 2 installs.
