TWT is having an issue with both Live Helper and Sunshop if your hosting with Ipowerweb (160,000 of us are). The issue is it don't work! They advised me they are looking into it......

Yes we know the problem but its not a bug. Its an issue with IPowerWeb servers. We have a work around for SunShop but the newer version of PHP Live Helper we do not.
