DHL (and others?) Residential Delivery

Most (if not all) of the commercial delivery services have an extra fee for residential delivery. I use DHL and USPS primarily.

There's no setting in either the latest release version or the beta of SunShop to force the residential flag to be set (I'm assuming there is one - I can't find the XML spec for their API, so I don't even know if it's possible), so I'm being quoted rates for non-residential delivery locations and almost all of my shipments go to residences.

Is it possible to include a residential delivery flag when requesting the rate quote from DHL? I would simply increase my handling charge if I used DHL exclusively, but I also use USPS and I don't want to have outrageous shipping fees.

We encountered the same issue. We ended up turning off the shipping modules and setting a flat rate for shipping. We loose on some and gain some on other. in the end it all works out, and we don't loose customers based on high shipping rates.
