Release notes

Would it be possible to provide a release note for each release. More importantly, a changelog (with a list of files that were changed) that way I know what I know if I'm missing something in the template files or any other file I may have modified previously.

EDIT: Is there also a bug list somewhere so that we can keep track of the development?

1. A change log is released with each major release. So you will see it when 4.0 is final.
