Agent window not refreshing

Hi,

My PHPLiveHelper was working just fine.

I had to change the hosted server and the server company migrated the full site to the new server.

Now on the new server, everything is working fine, but for some reason the Agent screen does not refresh. Hence it does not show the traffic.

When I press F5 (Refresh), I can see the latest traffic details.

I have tried changing the PC, the agent login etc. But no help.

Looking for some help as to what the preson could be.

Most likely there is a difference between the two servers that the software doesn't like. Please open a ticket so we can get your info and investigate.
