Feed back on the following was 80/20 towards the following being a bug.
NOTE: This is not a bug; it is just how the theme is.
No body width lock is in place for the theme.
When in a partial window where the ability exists to be able to change the width of the window, narrowing the window will cause some right side tables to jump to the bottom, egg: W3C.
This becomes a bigger issue when no right side tables are used as it will cause the center table to jump.
Also without the body width lock in place the Web site will start to display table information outside of the table borders making the Web Site look distorted and unprofessional.
