Right now I see in the Admin backend that you can edit the current theme by modifying the CSS and other files.

Does, or is SS4 going to have a feature that allows for multiple themes, and a way to choose between the themes?

Yes it is... the entries are in the database just not selectable yet as there is only one theme at the moment.

Thanks Chris.

So, lets say I have "Classic_red" uploaded, installed, and viewable.

Then I duplicate classic red and make it "classic green"...how do I select the new one i'm modifying?

There is a dropdown in RC 4 for theme selecting. You will see it soon.
