hello,
this stuff should be easy to add::
1. please keep the row background color yellow when an item is 'pending' shipping ( already exists in v3.xx )
2. a text link for order tracking. i answer the same phone call 5 times a day "where's my stuff". as it is now folks must login to their account to get the info. many dont create an account for fear of receiving spam. i guess you could force acct creation at check out, post a link to order tracking that takes them to account login. i have experienced the loss of revenue by forced acct creation - been there done that seen the results...
