Again, not sure if this is a beta thing or missed:

When adding a coupon code to the shopping cart, the total is calculated properly, however, the coupon is not listed in the cart.

For example, I created a 10% off special. When I enter the coupon code in the cart, the total reflects the total price minus 10%, but nowhere does it list the coupon or explain why the Total is 10% less than the Subtotal.

Did you give a name to the coupon? When you add a name to the coupon it will show the name and the coupon saving when you view the cart or checkout. If you upgraded from a older beta version make sure you are updating your templates as well.

Yes,

I created a new coupon called '10% off' with coupon code 'off' which offers 10% off and turned it on. When I enter the coupon code 'off' into the cart, the total reflects the new 10% off, but it does not list the coupon itself.
