blank client screen, and error in firefox

Am testing a new install and have the admin and client screens open on the same PC in case this makes any difference.

When I click the LiveHelper link as a customer, the dialog comes up blank and nothing registers on on the monitor's screen either.

Also, I noticed a '1 error' message on the blank client input screen: uncaught exception: Permission denied to call method XMLHttpRequest.open.

Searched this and saw something about it on the Kayato, pardon the expression, forum - and a few other places, but need to hear about it from you guys.

This is usually related to your local security settings (Eg. Firefox browser security settings). If there is a PHP error being output, and you are getting a blank page, then your host/server admin will need to turn "display_errors" on in the PHP config file, to see what the error is. Otherwise, I suggest opening up a support ticket so we can look into the issue a bit further.
