When I login to the admin panel as an operator and click any of the buttons except Traffic Monitor I get returned to the login page.
I am using Netscape 7 and 7.02. This is not happening when I use Internet Explorer.
Any ideas as to why this is happening and what I can do to stop it happening.
Thanks
David

Does it happen only once or multiple times?

This happens every time and repeatedly. Bottom line I can never get to any of the other things such as operator or transcripts etc.
Thanks

Ok... check your settings, specifically the privacy settings. Make sure it is at medium or around there. Anything higher may block the sessions.

Am pretty sure it is not the settings as I have my own version of phphelper which I have admin privileges to and that works fine.
Thanks

It is the privacy settings. I had this problem at home and not the office. I checked the settings and lo and behold there was the problem. I changed the settings at home and it works fine now.

As stated in my last post. I have an operator account on somebody elses version and admin account on my own version. From the SAME computer my admin account works fine, but when I go to the other phplivehelper and use the operator account I cannot look at anything without it going back to the log in screen.
Just to reemphasise both of these are used on the same machine at different times.
Thanks

I have the same problem, just never reported it :D
I first noticed it when I logged in and clicked on the Reports button, it took me back to the login screen. After logging in the second time however I can access the different sections just fine.
I have gotten used to logging in twice if I wanted to check my reports. ;)
