Just installed but can't monitor traffic. When I click on Traffic Monitor, I get the following Error. I assume this is a browser setting?? Maybe a php setting on the server?? How do I correct this?

Hmmm ... the only thing I have installed that may be blocking popups is Norton Internet Security, but I have set it to allow ALL content from my site. Also, if I click the link on the website as if I were a client, it pops up with the email page (when live chat is unavailble).

I will try it with NIS completely disabled and post the results here in a few minutes.


Edit: That is indeed the case. LOL, now I just need to figure out how to allow it for my site. Thanks :)
