I was told before I purchased PHPLive Helper that it was possible to have the chat window pop up automatically after a certain number of seconds offering a visitor help.
How exactly is this done?
I would like the scenario to work like this:
A user visits the page.
After a few seconds (say, 10) a chat window pops up automatically saying:
"Hi, is there anything we can help you with today?"
Without asking for a name or dept.
Thanks!

Actuallt, the admin has to initiate that. Maybe the sales person misunderstood.

Are you referring to the admin user in the application? If so, then even as the admin I do not see an option to turn this on. Can you please, especially in light of the fact that there is no documentation for this otherwise very good application, give SPECIFIC instructions as to how exactly to turn this feature on?

Hi Seblin...
Basically here is what you have to do (I don't work for TWT, I'm just a nice guy):
1) Find the Visitor you Would like to Request on the Traffic Monitor
2) Go to the Action Column
3) Click Request
4) Wait for Response
5) Click on IP Address if the chat was accepted
Basically what happens is a pop-up comes up on the users page, and they can either click Accept, Decline, or just simply ignore it.
Tell me if that helps.

Well thank goodness for nice guys! Thanks for the help, Dan.
It should be noted to anyone who may or will be experiencing a problem getting this to work, you need to include the "trackme.php" file even though the man says it's optional. Of course this seems obvious after one has tried it, but it sure wasn't obvious when I was trying to get it to work.
Also a note to possible future users:
There is a window that pops up that informs the user that a "support representative" would like to chat with you, click "Yes" or "No Thanks". This text didn't happen to suit my needs, and you can change it easily in the lang file.
I hope this saves someone the time I wasted finding it.
Thanks again, Dan.

Maybe you can point me to where it says that trackme.php is optional.
