Party is typing

Hi,

I need to add a small customization.
When any party is *not* typing, I want to show a message "Party is waiting".

This means that when the guest / support executive is not typing any message, a message should show "Party is Waiting" on the other party's window. When the paryt starts to type the message will toggle to "Paryt is typing" and then togle back to "Party is waiting".

Can someone suggest some way of doing it.
I believe it is a part of some Layers - show & hide, but could not locate the file.
