What is admin user tracking update?
I don't see its refreshing every # seconds in the admin top part. When chatting with one person and no one else hit the page, the duration time does not change at all. It only update when visitor hits the page.

It will not update ever "n" seconds. It will only update when there is a change.

I noticed that if the visitor to be stopped in a page, after a certain time (about 2 minutes) the administration panel informs that the user left the site and it doesn't count more the time of permanence in the site. However, if the visitor changes of page, the panel is updated.
How can I solve that?

Yes, when a person is not active for a while it will eventually show them as out of site. Once they continue onto another page it will carry on.
