one of the visitor get an error something like "Real Networks http://blah/admin/sounds/ding.wav"
I've checked chatting myself and it is working fine.
I think it's the Real software but i don't know how to explain to him. He was using IE6.

Sounds like there is a realtime player problem on his machine.
