Options (repeating) Ghost Problems in version 3.2

Can someone tell me what version this was fixed in? I have the latest 3.2 repacked version but I still have a problem with options repeating to the next item with no option. I have found some info here but usually no mention of the version so I find some info confusing. Was this fixed in 3.3 only?

3.3.2 has fixed what you are refering to. I recommend an upgrade.
