Just want to thank you for all of the support you have been giving to be over the time I have had PHP Live Helper.
But here is another problem. My company has heavy duty servers from HE.net. And bad things have been hapening. Now the request features does not work at all. I even tried it by myself. Where I was at the website, requested a chat, and there was no pop-up. I don't have a pop-up stopper or anything related.
The request feature used to work, but doesn't anymore. I did change all of the refresh times to 1 second to see if that made a difference. Could that be the problem? What should the refresh times be? I just need help.
