Hi,
After launching the traffic monitor, and if there's no activities for a short period of time (15mins), the browser went dead.
Furthermore, the monitor window looks as per normal even when it's dead so I can't tell whether if it's active or dead.
I checked my internet connection...and it's fine...then why does the monitor window went dead?
For the time being, I shall have to log-out and re-launch the traffic monitor every 30mins just to play safe since I can't tell the difference even when the monitor is dead.
For your information, I tried to refresh certain frames of the monitor window once a while just to make sure that it's still active by right clicking my mouse and select refresh. If the browser is dead, it will show an "Database Error" page. Therefore, I guess it could be my database which closes the connection of the traffic monitor.
I can't possibly sits by my computer just to do that 24hrs a day...I need to get away from the computer to eat or to sleep...and still able to monitoring my sites at the same time all the time.
Any advice pls?
Thank you.
Regards,
Tommy Ken
